Key Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Management of client accounts

• Driving sales growth

• Developing customer relationships

• Introducing new products that align with Solenis

• Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems related to paper machines

• Coordinating with the site commercial team regarding orders and payments

• Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of Solenis equipment at the sites

• Monitoring competitive activities on-site to safeguard Solenis business interests

• Participating in safety and development training courses, both online and offline

• Managing spare parts for all applications operating at sites

• Overseeing approximately 25 technical support staff

⛳️ Requirements

• Industrial experience ranging from 10 to 15 years

• Proficiency in Biocide and Pulp mill applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree with a Chemical background is preferred

• Experience in people management
