Key Account Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise key account projects from the initial handover to successful completion.

• Assist operating companies with project implementation.

• Ensure that responsibilities, timelines, and communication are clearly defined.

• Coordinate both internal and external project stakeholders.

• Maintain a professional presence in customer interactions.

• Proactively identify risks and obstacles early on and create practical solutions.

• Assist in the proposal and tender processes.

• Prepare for significant customer meetings.

• Continuously enhance standards and processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training, additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building services engineering.

• Experience as a project manager or in executing technical projects.

• Strong understanding of technical processes and construction site management.

• Confidently engage with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days per week).

• A sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work.

• Ability to maintain composure and perspective in challenging situations.
