This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Strategically oversee, nurture, and enhance customer relationships and contracts within the Residential Buildings sector.
• Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth while bolstering IMI’s market presence.
• Sustain current customer relationships and foster new business opportunities.
• Recognize commercial prospects and convert them into sales and growth strategies.
• Pursue acquisition, cross-selling, deep-selling, and up-selling initiatives across the IMI portfolio.
• Establish and maintain a network among wholesalers, purchasing entities, installers, housing associations, related organizations, and energy consultants.
• Organize customer events, training sessions, and webinars.
• Support market launches and collaborative marketing campaigns with partners.
• Create value propositions that align with market trends and customer requirements.
• Implement and periodically refine strategic regional, account, and growth plans.
• Monitor developments in market, technology, trends, legislation, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of propositions, solutions, and activities.
• Track revenue and margin objectives, customer expansion, market share, and commercial efforts.
• Promote sales of Heimeier, TA, and Pneumatex.
• Provide product training and support to prospective customers.
• Maintain existing contracts and forge new agreements.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements in the CRM system.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new colleagues within the Business Unit and Team Netherlands.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment.

• Strategic oversight, development, and expansion of customer relationships and contracts.
• Strong comprehension of the HVAC market, customer requirements, and pertinent market trends.
• Capability to identify commercial prospects and formulate sales and growth strategies.
• Ability to pursue acquisition, cross-selling, deep-selling, and up-selling opportunities across the entire IMI portfolio.
• Proficiency in developing and executing commercial, marketing, and market development initiatives.
• Competence in monitoring and analyzing customer needs, technological advancements, trends, legislation, and regulations.
• Skill in preparing, executing, and modifying account, growth, and regional plans.
• Expertise in building and sustaining relationships throughout the value chain, including wholesalers, purchasing organizations, installers, housing associations, related entities, and energy consultants.
• Proficiency in negotiating with wholesalers, OEMs, purchasing organizations, and strategically significant customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for documenting sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements.
• Willingness to participate in seminars, networking events, receptions, and trade fairs.
• Capacity to respond to competitive actions, economic trends, legislative changes, and government policy adjustments.
• Ability to analyze results and implement corrective measures.
• Capability to operate within IMI’s commercial, legal, and authorization frameworks.
