This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Initiate, cultivate, and sustain enduring collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and pertinent stakeholders within the designated territory.
• Achieve all commercial objectives for the market, encompassing product strategy, product launches, sales targets, and project execution.
• Formulate and implement tactical plans that align with the product strategy while adhering to the allocated budget.
• Create comprehensive account plans detailing the unmet needs of stakeholders and the nature of relationships.
• Organize and execute promotional meetings with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Oversee the assigned territory through quarterly multichannel action planning, KPI reporting, activity analysis, resource management, and visit planning.
• Schedule daily visits with clearly defined objectives.
• Utilize the CRM system and provide weekly reports on field visits.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Actively gather competitive intelligence and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders within the company.
• Assist various functions in the implementation of projects within the assigned area.
• Adhere to manufacturer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Medison policies and SOPs, applicable industry codes of conduct, and Medison core values.
• Report directly to the Business Unit Head.
• A master’s degree in life or natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmaceuticals, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Salesperson, Medical Representative, Key Account Manager (KAM), or a comparable role.
• Previous experience with rare diseases and/or orphan drugs is a plus.
