This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Key Account Manager for Pharmacies (m/w/d), you will nurture and enhance partnerships with selected pharmacies, pharmacy cooperatives, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and mail-order pharmacies while successfully acquiring new partners.
• You will develop marketing strategies and, in collaboration with our Trade Marketing and E-Commerce team, implement targeted marketing initiatives.
• You will actively shape the sales and growth strategy for our key account clients and execute it successfully, incorporating sustainable cooperation activities and marketing measures.
• As a knowledgeable partner, you will conduct annual meetings and negotiations regarding conditions, monitoring the successes achieved together with your clients.
• Throughout all your activities, you will consistently keep an eye on your key account budget.
• You are a sales talent through and through, experienced in managing and acquiring target customers from the pharmacy or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmacy landscape and experience in the sales of OTC products and generics.
• You enjoy communicating with diverse customers and successfully concluding contract negotiations every day.
• You work results-oriented, engage with the potential of your clients, and set ambitious goals for yourself.
