This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Key Account Manager for Oncology is tasked with implementing Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within a designated geographic area.
• This role, based in the field, focuses on developing and sustaining strategic relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), outpatient and infusion centers, pharmacists, and other essential healthcare stakeholders to promote appropriate product adoption and meet territory performance goals.
• The Key Account Manager oversees the territory through meticulous account planning, customer engagement, market analysis, and the execution of approved brand strategies.
• This individual is responsible for cultivating trusted customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, communicating approved clinical and product information in a compliant manner, and collaborating with internal teams to support access, product availability, and patient support initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit strong scientific and business acumen, the capability to navigate complex oncology care settings, disciplined territory management skills, and the ability to forge productive relationships across community oncology practices, academic centers, hospital systems, and integrated healthcare networks.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales with a proven record of achieving sales objectives.
• Experience in managing complex healthcare accounts and developing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Background in selling specialty pharmaceutical products or overseeing account-based selling models.
• A solid understanding of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Preferred experience in Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill environments.
• Experience in selling to community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs.
• Familiarity with supporting product launches, relaunches, acquired brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Established connections within oncology accounts or healthcare systems within the specified geography.
• Knowledge of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows.
