Key Account Manager, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within a designated geographic area.

• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other essential healthcare stakeholders.

• Oversee territory management through systematic account planning, customer engagement, and market analysis.

• Present impactful product demonstrations customized to the clinical and business requirements of individual stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, and internal support teams to address customer needs regarding reimbursement pathways, product access, and patient support.

• Maintain a robust understanding of disease states, clinical data, treatment landscapes, product labeling, and changing standards of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or a related sales field.

• Proven track record in managing complex healthcare accounts and cultivating relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Experience in selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based sales models is required.

• Strong grasp of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization processes.

• Preferred Experience: Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill expertise.

• Established connections within oncology accounts or healthcare systems in the assigned region.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel as necessary, including occasional overnight trips.
