This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as marketing, customer service, operations, and finance.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and tackle challenges.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and surpass assigned sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Formulate strategic account plans that align with customer growth and company goals.
• Discover opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms adhering to company policies.
• Keep track of market trends, competitive actions, and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Assess account performance, sales trends, and market data to create actionable business strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for key accounts.
• Predict sales and maintain precise pipeline information in CRM systems.
• Engage in annual budgeting and strategic planning activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of customer initiatives.
• Relay customer requirements and feedback to internal teams.
• Assist in product launches, promotional efforts, and customer training programs.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
• Keep accurate customer records, contracts, and sales forecasts.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual commitments.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in sales or sales management.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in key account management at the national level.
• Proven experience in selling and marketing medical products.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of addressing issues, challenges, and problems through analytical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and guide the company toward significant new goals and objectives.
• Proficient in creating presentations that incorporate financial analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
