Key Account Manager – Neukundengewinnung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new customers: Independently identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in the DACH market.

• Lead Management: Qualification of leads from marketing and partner activities, along with proactive market engagement.

• Consultation & Presentation: Analyzing customer requirements, developing suitable solution concepts, and conducting product presentations (both remote and on-site) in collaboration with our PreSales team.

• Negotiation: Managing the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal creation to successful contract closure.

• Team Collaboration: Close coordination with Presales, Marketing, and Partner Management for efficient market engagement.

• Market Observation: Actively monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions, preferably in the field of Identity & Access Management or IT Security.

• Proven successes in acquiring new customers—hunter mentality with a strong sense for customer needs.

• Ability to convey complex solutions in an understandable manner.

• Proficient and confident communication skills in both German and English.

• Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation.

• Willingness to travel for customer appointments and events.
