This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Take ownership of and execute territory and account plans to meet established goals and KPIs.
• Identify, prioritize, and nurture crucial customer relationships aligned with product strategy.
• Utilize CRM platforms to efficiently manage call planning, tracking, and follow-up tasks.
• Establish trusted relationships with key external experts and decision-makers.
• Serve as a local product authority and provide compliant, high-quality product information using approved resources.
• Organize and conduct live and virtual customer events and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and collect competitive intelligence, sharing pertinent insights with internal teams.
• Operate in complete adherence to AbbVie policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Participate in Brand Team initiatives to assist in the execution of commercial strategy, tactical plans, and innovative projects.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the changing multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial pharmaceutical sector, specifically in sales, account management, or territory management.
• A university degree or equivalent in life sciences, natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• A desire for personal and professional growth.
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for virtual and hybrid customer engagement.
• Experience in oncology or hematology will be viewed favorably.
• Strong teamwork abilities with the capacity to collaborate across various functions.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Latvian and proficient in English.
• High level of digital literacy with confidence in using CRM and MS Office applications.
• A valid driving license and readiness to travel within the region as required.
