This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Take charge of order intake, sales performance, and price realization within your designated territory, assuming complete ownership of customer opportunities.
β’ Cultivate, manage, and expand a portfolio of essential and strategic hospital accounts through consistent on-site engagement and the development of long-term relationships.
β’ Actively seek and develop new business opportunities across the entire Imaging & IGT portfolio, in line with local market demands and growth objectives.
β’ Serve as a reliable partner and advisor, guiding customers through complex, non-linear journeys in a fast-paced and often uncertain market landscape.
β’ Work with a high degree of autonomy, negotiating independently within established guidelines while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.
β’ Bring several years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the medical devices, imaging, or capital equipment sectors.
β’ Have a proven track record of working in clinical and hospital settings, encompassing both public and private sectors.
β’ Exhibit strong ownership, resilience, and the capacity to independently drive projects, even when circumstances change or priorities are rearranged.
β’ Be high-energy, self-motivated, and action-oriented, demonstrating the persistence to advance opportunities in complex environments.
β’ Communicate fluently in both Romanian and English, and be prepared for extensive travel within your assigned region.
