This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel business expansion throughout the DACH region.
• Implement the regional sales strategy and aid in its continuous enhancement using customer insights and market intelligence.
• Formulate account growth strategies, pinpoint new business prospects, and cultivate robust customer relationships.
• Secure new business and enhance AAEON’s dealings with current clients by achieving and surpassing designated sales targets.
• Develop strategic initiatives to acquire and nurture new accounts while also expanding existing ones.
• Create and execute strategic account plans for all major accounts in a fiercely competitive market.
• Establish durable executive relationships across engineering, procurement, and management sectors within client organizations.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to Key Accounts and demonstrate readiness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Identify technology roadmaps, future platforms, and design opportunities while grasping customer business, product, solution requirements, and industry challenges.
• Ensure complete alignment of the sales strategy with the Sales Manager DACH to meet regional quotas.
• Represent AAEON in customer interactions and vice versa in all sales-related matters.
• Oversee sales budgeting, accurate forecasting, performance standards, and measurement criteria.
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to spearhead commercial qualification activities and coordinate cross-functional OEM/ODM opportunities.
• Deliver structured Voice-of-Customer feedback and market insights to AEU Product Management.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales within the B2B industrial electronics sector.
• Demonstrated success with over 5 years in selling intricate IT solutions to large organizations and various decision-makers.
• Experience in Key Account Management and strategic customer relationship management is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and technical abilities to forge relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels, including C-Level management.
• Strategic mindset with a proven history of crafting account strategies that have successfully grown business.
• Strong hunting instincts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Multi-lingual; proficient in English, with native proficiency in German.
• Knowledge and experience in the industrial and embedded computing sectors.
• Familiarity with Asian culture is considered a plus.
