This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies that align with business goals.
• Promote the adoption of biosimilars, including conversion initiatives and enhancing market share.
• Achieve targets related to sales, market share, and account growth.
• Navigate opportunities throughout the customer decision-making process.
• Establish connections with pharmacists, procurement leaders, consultants, nurses, ICS stakeholders, and commissioners.
• Assist in the implementation of tenders, local market access strategies, and business proposals.
• Provide scientific and commercial product discussions along with customer education.
• Work in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the CRM system.
• Meet sales and market share goals.
• Implement strategic account plans effectively.
• Expand the market presence of assigned biosimilar brands.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure tender success and effective implementation results.
• Uphold customer satisfaction, account retention, compliance with CRM, and activity metrics.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• ABPI Qualification (or a willingness to obtain it).
• Demonstrated experience as a pharmaceutical Key Account Manager within the UK healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to engage with senior NHS stakeholders and specialist care accounts.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement and tendering processes.
• Preferred experience in biosimilars, biologics, or specialty care.
• Desirable experience in Oncology, Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, or similar specialties.
• Strong knowledge of NHS and procurement practices.
• Understanding of biosimilars and the dynamics of the competitive market.
• Expertise in strategic account management and business planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based selling capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid UK Driving Licence.
• Availability of remote work options.
