This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and create Annual Operating Plans aimed at achieving Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Market Share, Executional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Sales Targets.
• Foster successful partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders at Tropicana Brands Group by influencing and engaging multiple levels within both organizations.
• Possess the capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Planning, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure the execution of relevant innovations and key initiatives.
• Oversee all elements of the customers’ joint business plan (JBP) process, including both strategic and tactical plans, while ensuring the involvement of senior leadership.
• Exhibit expertise and leadership in customer/channel strategies to facilitate the development of suitable strategic and tactical plans.
• Must be open to traveling up to 20% of the time.
• Address ambiguous challenges to identify and prioritize effective business strategies.
• Proven track record of implementing both short-term and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and transformation.
• Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to achieve results through both formal and informal channels.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within a consumer packaged goods organization.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage significant projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organized, focused, and effective manner to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Strong capability to thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying without the need for sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future.
• Exceptional skills in customer management.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities: adept at managing major projects concurrently.
• Proficient in using influencing skills to achieve alignment, agreement, and commitments from both internal and external key stakeholders.
• Ability to connect strategies and objectives to formulate a comprehensive plan.
• Solid understanding of financials, including the P&L impact of sales decisions.
• Capability to resolve issues by leveraging support from multiple functions (finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems by utilizing multi-functional support.
• Strong computer and presentation skills: skilled in creating compelling narratives and presenting concepts to all levels of internal and external organizations.
• Superior presentation capabilities, able to present effectively at all tiers within both customer and internal organizations.
