• Advanced Hydration is an energetic and fast-moving business unit within The Coca-Cola Company, where teams collaborate to pioneer the future of hydration.
• The Key Account Manager for Albertsons will lead a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives across our Albertsons operations in the Pacific Northwest.
• This role involves providing expert knowledge to tackle complex customer challenges and meet BODYARMOR's annual targets.
• Formulate and enhance the vision and strategy to align with both long-term and short-term business goals.
• Drive the processes and execution of annual plans across designated customers and bottlers.
• Achieve key business and financial metrics, including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and important financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets).
• Collaborate with Senior Management and cross-functional teams to develop Annual Plans aimed at fulfilling both short-term and long-term business aspirations.
• Lead annual negotiations at the divisional level to ensure an optimized partnership agreement that aligns with overall organizational priorities.
• Act as a collaborative leader of a cross-functional team tasked with creating and implementing comprehensive customer selling strategies while providing essential insights to achieve key execution metrics (Pricing, Merchandising, and Innovation).
• Manage ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics, identifying plan gaps and proposing recommendations to meet business objectives.
• Cultivate and utilize high-level external relationships to enhance brand positioning in the marketplace.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in National Account management, including building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with customers, is required; experience in CPG National Account Management is essential.
• Candidates must reside in the Seattle, WA or Portland, OR regions.
• Proficiency in utilizing and analyzing syndicated data to create fact-based narratives is required.
• A self-driven and highly organized individual with a strong desire to achieve results and an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
• Ability to swiftly assess business needs, formulate an action plan, and manage necessary changes is crucial.
• Effective interaction with a diverse range of business professionals is necessary.
• A passion for brand development, new product innovation, and sustainable growth is a must.
• A verifiable network of current contacts with relevant buyers and divisional managers is required.
• Proficient computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are expected.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data are essential.
• Willingness to travel 30% by car and/or plane is required.
• A valid driver's license must be held and maintained, with the ability to drive long distances; Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards as per Driving Policy.
