This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate relevant Health Care Providers on the approved usage of Copiktra in a balanced and fair manner, conveying clinical, efficacy, and safety messages utilizing company-sanctioned promotional materials aimed at physicians.
• Create and implement detailed territory business plans that align field operations with corporate strategic goals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Perform monthly business evaluations to assess progress, uncover opportunities and risks, and apply data-driven modifications to enhance results.
• Attain on-label sales growth in accordance with the business plan while adhering to Secura Bio policies.
• Oversee operating expenses and manage the territory budget effectively.
• Identify primary decision-makers within practices.
• Deliver promotional presentations, informational in-services, and educational sessions to appropriately targeted customers.
• Support the commercial presence at all relevant key medical congresses in the territory.
• Overnight travel within the territory, including conferences, training sessions, and sales meetings, will be necessary.
• Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison and/or another assigned contact in Medical Affairs for suitable follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Adhere to all Secura Bio policies and relevant laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related discipline) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
• Experience engaging with Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and/or oncology practices.
• Experience launching new products or marketing products in competitive markets.
• Ability to comprehend, retain, and articulate complex clinical, efficacy, and safety information.
• Strong understanding of oncology/hematology disease states and treatment paradigms.
• Capability to engage in scientific discussions with highly trained medical professionals.
• Experience in strategic territory planning and business plan formulation.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate territory prospects and monitor performance metrics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines).
• Dedication to ethical selling practices and promoting products within authorized indications.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing).
