This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Direct the strategic vision, development, and implementation of account strategies and partnerships with Leading Health Systems and Integrated Account Teams.
• Cultivate and oversee executive-level customer relationships, aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve compliant outcomes.
• Identify key customers and the decision-making and influencing networks that affect significant accounts and local health markets.
• Sustain relationships with customer C-suite, administrative, and decision-making personnel.
• Build connections with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Influence healthcare discussions and best practices in alignment with markets and key accounts.
• Oversee the co-development and co-execution of project initiatives.
• Manage prioritized accounts to fulfill established business objectives.
• Recognize synergies and collaboration opportunities through customer and account planning.
• Evaluate account business models and Pfizer priorities to formulate advantageous account strategies.
• Create action plans utilizing insights from various stakeholders.
• Lead and support high-performing Integrated Account Teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compliant Key Account Management initiatives and deliver results.
• Share and replicate successful practices across the region and nation.
• Drive strategic planning priorities for aligned key accounts.
• Execute pull-through activities in accordance with Pfizer business leader guidance.
• Communicate short-, mid-, and long-term business opportunities with key accounts at Pfizer.
• Provide customer-specific insights to regional marketing and strategy teams.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5–10 years of prior experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical marketing/sales is preferred.
• At least three years in a promoted position and/or developmental role demonstrating leadership across peer and manager groups.
• Management and/or Account Management experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the healthcare market and various disease states.
• Ability to establish and manage relationships with key accounts, C-suite, D-Suite, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
• Proficient in account management and negotiation skills.
• Capability to prioritize resources and develop strategic business plans.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Knowledge of market and business strategies.
• Understanding of account and customer management principles.
• Skills in account planning.
• Competence in data analytics and interpretation.
• Strategic planning abilities.
