This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Execute initiatives to foster Hunter's business growth within a designated territory.
• Gather and relay relevant information regarding business development to the regional team and upper management.
• Emphasize training, education, and specifications to key accounts, clients, developers, and government entities.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key accounts, municipalities, and government organizations.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote long-term partnerships.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and assess market trends.
• Deliver regular reports and insights to management.
• Enhance Hunter's visibility and success through customer training initiatives, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Aid in gathering data for forecasts and market reports as necessary.
• Travel as required to meet objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in business administration, marketing, landscape architecture, or five years of relevant industry and technical experience.
• At least three years of professional experience in business management, installation, or technical support within the irrigation or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with commercial channels, pricing strategies, marketing, and distribution models in the industry.
• Strong specification and presentation skills, with a proven track record of achieving goals.
• Capability to articulate the features and benefits of Hunter products.
• Proficient in conducting training and educational sessions.
• Technical understanding of both company and competitor products.
• Skills in field service, troubleshooting irrigation systems, and recommending solutions.
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting processes.
• Competence in budget preparation and expense management.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English or regional languages.
• Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Willingness to travel frequently, reside in a strategic location within the territory, and work flexible hours.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to utilize Windows applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management on a personal computer.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the insurance requirements of the company.
• Must possess or be capable of obtaining a valid passport.
• Proficiency in languages commonly spoken in the region, particularly Arabic and English.
• Understanding of regional business and cultural practices.
• Irrigation Association (IA) Level II certification, with additional Level III certifications preferred.
