This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement joint business strategies with distributor partners to achieve growth in sales, profit, and market share.
• Spearhead commercial negotiations involving pricing, promotional initiatives, and annual trading agreements.
• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and growth areas.
• Forge and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in distribution, influencing strategic decisions and fostering long-lasting partnerships.
• Recognize and capitalize on new business opportunities within distributor networks and end-customer channels.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through effective account planning, pipeline management, and sales execution.
• Collaborate with Distributor Sales Teams to enhance product penetration and secure new business.
• Educate, mentor, and support external sales teams to optimize the Tork opportunity and promote category growth.
• Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Category, and Supply Chain teams to implement customer strategies.
• Maintain precise forecasts and achieve agreed-upon sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Advocate for the Tork brand among distributor partners.
• Report to the Sales Manager and assist customers through regular travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
• Demonstrated history of driving profitable growth through strategic account management and robust stakeholder relationships.
• Proven record of measurable growth and enduring strategic partnerships with customers.
• Experience in managing intricate distributor and end-user networks across diverse market routes.
• Strong capabilities in account development and structured account planning.
• Consultative and strategic selling methodology centered around value-based solutions.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders at the board level.
• Advanced skills in commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proven experience in balancing revenue growth with margin protection.
• Proficiency in utilizing sales, market, and customer data to formulate account strategies and inform business decisions.
• Capacity to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience functioning in an omnichannel environment that includes internal and external teams, distributors, digital channels, and end users.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and independent approach with strong internal alignment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
