This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Take ownership and oversee a portfolio of strategic key accounts throughout West Africa.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
• Manage and expand accounts by engaging in the complete transaction lifecycle.
• Ensure that key accounts receive quantifiable value from the platform.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing transaction volume, SKU diversity, and repeat usage.
• Identify and leverage new commercial opportunities within current key accounts.
• Facilitate purchase orders, secure signed agreements, and foster active collaborations.
• Monitor account health and proactively address any risks or decreases in engagement.
• Map, engage, and onboard new key accounts onto the platform effectively.
• Lead customized platform demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
• Transform prospects into active, transacting accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for any platform-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing usage for key accounts.
• Clearly articulate platform workflows, features, and value propositions.
• Empower clients to operate independently on the platform.
• Conduct regular business review meetings with key accounts.
• Capture commercial and platform insights, providing structured feedback internally.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to inform platform enhancements.
• Work closely with logistics, operations, commercial, and technology departments.
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues and enhance the account experience.
• Represent market and account needs within the organization.
• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
• Must possess a pharmacist background and be eligible for pharmacist registration/licensure in Nigeria.
• Background in pharmaceutical commercial or sales roles.
• Experience in managing complex, high-value key accounts.
• Strong familiarity with West African pharmaceutical markets.
• Ability to independently manage relationships with senior clients.
• Comfort with acting as the commercial lead for a B2B technology platform.
• Experience in conducting client demonstrations and onboarding users.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• High integrity and a strong mindset for internal collaboration.
