This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and enhance revenue and market share at assigned agencies to optimize customer satisfaction and meet strategic goals.
• Build and sustain client relationships to ultimately boost revenue growth.
• Create and implement account strategies by working collaboratively with the account team to provide more pertinent value propositions.
• Monitor customer interactions in internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover additional opportunities.
• Nurture customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business and workflows, and develop a robust contact network within accounts.
• Collaborate with experts and specialists as necessary.
• Manage and be informed about all account activities related to your business portfolio.
• Take ownership of account relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for forecasting, maintaining timely communication with accounts, gathering insights on competitor activities, and providing feedback to marketing.
• May deliver customer product training as required.
• Responsible for managing individual expense budgets.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven, successful customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales Experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a portfolio of Major Accounts.
• Experience in solution or consultative sales within complex sales processes.
• Proficiency in data management using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Willingness to travel over 70% of the time (3-4 days a week on the road), including overnight trips.
• Ability to clearly and directly communicate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in startups and familiarity with specific verticals.
• Background in Law Enforcement / Public Safety is advantageous.
• Team player: regularly collaborate with various team members.
