This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the Regional Sporting Goods operations on the West Coast.
• Develop and implement strategically focused account plans in collaboration with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the representative for NA Sales with PLMs, refining channel and account merchandising strategies.
• Direct the assortment strategy at account and door levels to enhance retailer profitability.
• Create and execute Go-To-Market plans that align with Nike's seasonal strategies.
• Manage business challenges and daily operations for assigned key accounts.
• Foster both internal and external relationships to facilitate collaborative account planning.
• Integrate seasonal brand initiatives with wholesale partners effectively.
• Develop and implement comprehensive 3-Year Strategic Account Plans alongside the Regional Sales Director.
• Build strong relationships with key Nike Inc. stakeholders.
• Ensure cohesive alignment among Regional Sales leadership, the sales force, and ENI-JR286.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to optimize order management and address issues as they arise.
• Represent key accounts to PLMs and utilize sales metrics and consumer insights to inform assortment strategies.
• Lead ENI-JR286 and Seasonal Nike GTM processes, including the pre-line process.
• Prepare and execute Seasonal Customer Sell-Ins, ensuring alignment in forecasting and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and visual support teams to enhance the consumer experience.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis on sales, margin, turnover, and sell-through rates.
• Deliver insights on competitive market trends.
• Partner with retailers on seasonal vendor planning, forecasting accuracy, and auto-replenishment performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management, wholesale sales, or a related field within sporting goods, apparel, or footwear.
• Demonstrated success in managing regional or national retail accounts.
• Direct experience in presenting to and influencing senior retail buyers.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Practical experience in sales, margin, and sell-through analysis.
• Background in market share and competitive assessments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic, multi-year account or channel plans.
• Familiarity with Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, seasonal sell-ins, and forecasting/replenishment planning.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support key account relationships and in-market execution.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in the Sporting Goods industry.
• Familiarity with the Nike Brand.
• Travel is required up to 50%.
• Position is based on the West Coast, preferably in Southern California or nearby.
