This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee and enhance revenue growth and market presence at designated agencies to optimize customer satisfaction and fulfill strategic goals.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to ultimately boost revenue growth.
• Formulate and implement account strategies by working closely with the account team to deliver more impactful and relevant value propositions.
• Monitor customer interactions in internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover further opportunities.
• Foster customer relationships and guarantee effective service delivery to accounts.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand the customer’s business and workflows, and develop a proper network of contacts within accounts.
• Collaborate with and engage experts/specialists when necessary.
• Supervise and maintain knowledge of all account activities within your assigned business portfolio.
• Manage account relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for forecasting, keeping management updated on accounts promptly, gathering insights on competitor activities, and providing feedback to marketing.
• May conduct customer product training as required.
• Accountable for managing the individual expense budget.
• At least 5 years of proven successful experience in customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience overseeing a book of business comprised of Major Accounts.
• Experience in solution or consultative sales within intricate sales processes.
• Proficient in data management using Salesforce (preferred) or comparable CRM systems.
• Strong comprehension of Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Willingness to travel over 70% of the time (3-4 days per week) including overnight stays.
• Capable of clearly and directly conveying complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in startups and familiarity with specific verticals.
• Background in Law Enforcement / Public Safety.
• Team-oriented: work collaboratively with various team members regularly.
• Prepared to take ownership and drive the territory.
