This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive retention and expansion within the Janitorial and Sanitation (Jan/San) and Breakroom categories, which encompass cleaning chemicals and supplies, janitorial paper and dispensers, hand soaps and sanitizers, safety supplies, breakroom products, and comprehensive coffee programs.
• Increase share of wallet across multi-location Commercial Real Estate (CRE) portfolios by identifying opportunities across various buildings, regions, and property types (office, industrial, mixed-use).
• Engage a diverse array of stakeholders (property managers, facilities managers, regional directors, procurement, and asset managers) to identify their needs.
• Pose insightful questions and employ critical thinking to align solutions with customer expectations.
• Oversee compliance with contracts, pricing structures, and program guidelines.
• Utilize CRM and enablement tools for effective pipeline management and customer engagement.
• Leverage data insights to pinpoint under-penetrated properties, whitespace opportunities, and consumption trends.
• Tailor outreach efforts based on account structure, property type, and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including cross-functional sales, category specialists, pricing, and field resources, to provide solutions that meet both portfolio-level and site-specific needs.
• Work alongside pricing partners to create competitive proposals.
• Assist in delivering customized, insight-driven presentations to decision-makers and end-users.
• Collaborate with the Account team to design solutions and foster exceptional customer experiences.
• Aid the account team in navigating complex sales landscapes involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
• Adjust strategies to address both portfolio-level opportunities and individual site requirements while ensuring accountability for results.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in managing the complete sales cycle within an assigned book of business, including prospecting, pipeline management, quoting, and closing deals.
• Experience selling to Commercial Real Estate (CRE), property management firms, or multi-site portfolio environments.
• Background in Jan/San and/or Breakroom industries.
• Proficient in using a CRM system and Microsoft 365.
