This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will report to our Direct Sales Lead DACHIT and be responsible for acquiring and expanding our customer base in the Direct Customers segments — which includes both traditional and modern gastronomy as well as manufacturing within the ready-meal producers sector.
• Establishing and nurturing networks in these segments is an integral part of your responsibilities.
• Create and execute tailored strategies and sales concepts for these sectors.
• Accountable for achieving revenue and sales volume targets as part of meeting organizational goals.
• Independently prepare and facilitate customer meetings, training sessions, and annual review discussions within the end-customer segment.
• Serve as the primary contact for all operational inquiries from end customers in these areas.
• Assist in customer-specific projects in collaboration with our production sites and centrally managed functions across Europe.
• Keep an eye on the market landscape and engage in routine marketing discussions to collaboratively develop the aforementioned segments.
• Collaborate with colleagues in similar roles on an international scale.
• Organize and lead international customer meetings.
• Sales experience, ideally in Foodservice, QSR, Travel, or Manufacturing, though not essential if you possess a passion for foodservice and the food industry.
• An agile and independent work style paired with a robust sense of responsibility and a focus on performance.
• Strong sales instincts and excellent presentation skills, combined with empathy and a dedication to resolving customer issues.
• High numerical aptitude.
• Capability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams.
• A team player who also encourages team development.
• Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays (up to 60%).
• Proficient in written and spoken English, fluent in German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
