This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead and nurture a high-achieving sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the K-12 supplemental and library market.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives and plans to enhance revenue growth and market reach.
• Establish and sustain positive relationships with essential partners, including school districts and libraries.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and present exceptional sales presentations and proposals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer requirements to refine and adapt sales strategies.
• Proven experience as a sales leader within the K-12 education sector, demonstrating a track record of strong results.
• Exceptional mentoring and development abilities to cultivate a motivated and driven sales team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and inspire clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to successfully execute sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the western region as necessary.
