Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist, Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with global regulations related to AI and e-commerce platforms.

• Drafting and managing the necessary compliance documentation.

• Maintaining internal records in accordance with data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar legislation.

• Conducting risk assessments as mandated by applicable safety laws.

• Managing daily compliance responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A legal degree (e.g., Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or a recognized legal certification).

• Between 2 to 6 years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar positions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically focused on contracts and data protection law.

• Capability to simplify intricate legal concepts into clear, understandable language.

• Professional experience or a keen interest in AI.
