Junior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of interfaces for various systems and digital products;

• Design wireframes, layouts, user flows, and interactive prototypes;

• Produce visual elements and aid in the advancement of the company’s Design System;

• Engage in collaborations with Product, Technology, Data, and business teams;

• Contribute to improvements in usability and enhancements in user experience;

• Manage multiple projects at the same time;

• Guarantee visual uniformity and standardization across interfaces;

• Aid in the validation and refinement of new features;

• Help in the development of presentations, visual content, and strategic prototypes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Figma;

• Familiar with prototyping and interface design tools such as Miro, Maze, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator;

• Comprehension of visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and layout arrangement;

• Strong communication and organizational abilities;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting;

• Proactive, analytical, and innovative mindset;

• Interest in technology, digital products, and user experience.

• Additional consideration will be given for:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;

• Prior experience with SaaS products or enterprise systems.
