This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Meet annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and revenue objectives;
• Build lasting relationships with customers while identifying and seizing opportunities that promptly address their needs.
• Monitor market developments and report findings, ensuring necessary corrective actions are taken;
• Attend conferences and trade shows to enhance awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators responsible for purchasing diagnostic equipment.
• Provide insights to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes observed during sales interactions.
• Organize the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations across the territory.
• Arrange transportation for equipment and manage the logistics of product evaluations.
• Engage in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and innovative marketing strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Some experience in customer-facing roles.
• A keen interest in medical devices and the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Self-driven to work independently with minimal supervision.
