This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver assistance to Omie customers through chat and phone communications.
• Access customers' machines remotely.
• Develop detailed step-by-step procedure guides utilizing images and videos.
• Elevate systemic issues to the Product Specialists team.
• Forward any chat or phone inquiries that fall outside your domain to the relevant department.
• Address chats concerning invoice rejection matters.
• Currently enrolled in a university degree program (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Omie system (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in an internship or assistant role.
