Junior Technical Delivery Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in technical communication and engagement with end customers under guidance.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email.

• Collaborate with senior team members in deploying Capacity/Verbio solutions within customer infrastructures or the Capacity cloud.

• Troubleshoot Capacity/Verbio deployments alongside customers and colleagues, escalating issues when necessary.

• Support Project Managers and senior Engineers to guarantee project success.

• Coordinate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure effective deployments.

• Stay informed and trained on Capacity/Verbio products, tools, APIs, integrations, requirements, and technology limitations.

• Provide technical insights for content related to product operation on customer infrastructures.

• Share customer feedback and observations with senior colleagues and product teams.

• Assist sales/presales representatives in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Contribute to the development of deployment and integration standards and methodologies for AI technology.

• Work with product teams to uphold internal Quality Assurance systems.

• Suggest improvements to the Verbio platform architecture and functionality.

• Ask questions and actively seek feedback to enhance learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience/training.

• Customer-oriented with strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Unix/Linux Server Administration.

• Fundamental knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python.

• Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms or a genuine interest in them.

• Basic understanding or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and/or conversational technologies.

• Capability to read source code to assist and support the product team.

• Basic experience using version control tools like Git.

• Eagerness to learn, actively listen, and accept constructive feedback.

• High level of proactivity and independence in researching and suggesting solutions.

• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

• Competence to work remotely while maintaining full coordination with remote teams and colleagues.

• Strong team player with self-motivation.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish at B2/C1 levels.

• Previous internship or academic project experience in Linux, scripting, or cloud environments (preferred).

• Basic understanding of communication protocols (SIP, RTP, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets) (preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) (preferred).

• Basic programming skills in C/C++ (preferred).

• Knowledge of Docker or containerization (preferred).

• Basic understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).

• Curiosity about open-source VoIP services such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and OpenSIPS (preferred).
