This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Assist in the planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing initiatives, including the management of timelines, resource distribution, and reporting mechanisms.
β’ Oversee and mentor small field and testing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, testing protocols, and project deadlines.
β’ Leverage knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to aid in site selection and enhance testing operations.
β’ Monitor the quality of testing and data precision, resolve operational challenges, and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to ensure fieldwork aligns with project goals.
β’ Participate in training sessions for test operators and field personnel, offering insights to enhance performance and safety adherence.
β’ Compile status reports, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership roles.
β’ Strong comprehension of local traffic laws, safety protocols, and infrastructure pertinent to AV/ADAS testing.
β’ Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and effectively manage small teams under tight timelines.
β’ Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is an advantage.
