Junior Team Lead, AV - EMEA market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing initiatives, including timelines, resource management, and reporting.

• Oversee and mentor small field and testing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, testing protocols, and deadlines.

• Leverage knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to facilitate site selection and enhance testing operations.

• Monitor the quality of testing and data integrity, resolve operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to ensure fieldwork aligns with project goals.

• Participate in training sessions for test operators and field personnel, offering feedback to enhance performance and safety adherence.

• Prepare status reports, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety standards, and infrastructure pertinent to AV/ADAS testing.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and effectively manage small teams under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with testing management or data collection tools is advantageous.
