📋 Description

• Aid in the planning and implementation of data collection initiatives, encompassing timelines, resource management, and reporting.

• Oversee and mentor small field teams, ensuring compliance with project protocols and timelines.

• Leverage understanding of the local market to enhance participant recruitment strategies and maximize outreach efforts.

• Evaluate data quality, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to senior management as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, project management) to ensure fieldwork aligns with project objectives.

• Participate in training sessions for field personnel and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

• Create status reports and project documentation for management assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, market research, or team coordination.

• In-depth knowledge of the local market and cultural factors pertinent to participant recruitment.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and effectively manage small teams under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
