This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach efforts.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates and manage the interview scheduling process.

• Maintain transparent and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Assist in talent mapping and building a pipeline for future recruitment needs.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage recruitment-related social media activities.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Aid in maintaining the accuracy of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and organizing the recruitment workflow.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the People Operations team on hiring activities.

• Support the collection of interview feedback and recruitment reporting when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, customer-facing, or administrative roles is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Slack, Google Workspace, and other online tools.

• Interest in recruitment, people operations, employer branding, or the iGaming sector.

• Capability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
