Junior Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp recruitment needs and establish role specifications;

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for global positions;

• Manage job advertisements, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback processes, and job offers;

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and enhance our talent acquisition strategies;

• Ensure a positive and transparent experience for candidates;

• Organize pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new employees;

• Guarantee that new hires have all necessary resources on their first day (tools, access, documentation);

• Work with IT, Finance, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience;

• Gather feedback and refine the onboarding process;

• Collaborate with the wider People team on engagement, feedback, and organizational culture initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline - or up to 2 years of practical experience in recruitment or HR. Internships are considered.

• Strong and clear communication abilities - both written and verbal - with a comfort level in interacting with diverse teams and personalities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes.

• A genuine passion for people - you prioritize the experiences of candidates and employees in every interaction.

• Willingness to work across various time zones and cultural contexts in a fast-paced international setting.

• Basic knowledge of ATS tools (such as Lever, Workable, or similar) or other HR software. *(nice to have)*

• Any experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment, including internships or academic projects. *(nice to have)*

• Understanding of EOR (Employer of Record) or global hiring practices.
