This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and establish role specifications;

• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for global positions;

• Manage job advertisements, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback mechanisms, and offer negotiations;

• Contribute to employer branding projects and assist in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies;

• Ensure candidates have a positive and transparent experience throughout the process;

• Work in partnership with IT, Finance, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding journey;

• Gather feedback and refine the onboarding experience continuously;

• Collaborate with the wider People team on engagement, feedback, and organizational culture initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree (or in the final year) in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline, or up to 2 years of practical experience in recruitment or HR. Internships are considered.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various teams and personalities.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes.

• A genuine interest in people - you prioritize the feelings of candidates and employees in every interaction.

• Willingness to work across different time zones and cultural contexts in a dynamic international setting.

• Basic knowledge of ATS tools (such as Lever, Workable, or similar) or other HR software. *(preferred)*

• Any experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment, including internships or academic projects. *(preferred)*

• Understanding of EOR (Employment of Record) or global hiring practices.
