This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Engage with customers and address inquiries through Helpdesk and Skype.
β’ Manage requests from colleagues across different teams.
β’ Resolve tasks independently or escalate them to relevant teams while overseeing their execution: including technical specialists and account managers.
β’ Deliver exceptional service to customers.
β’ Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
β’ Willingness to work during night and holiday shifts, following a 3/3 schedule that includes morning (8:00 β 17:00), evening (14:00 β 23:00), and night (23:00 β 8:00) shifts.
β’ Ability to handle stress effectively.
β’ Familiarity with the workings of SMPP, VoIP, HTTP, IP, and TCP protocols.
β’ Basic knowledge of the OSI model.
β’ Fundamental SQL skills.
