This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist our partners and customers with 2nd and 3rd level support inquiries (DE/EN) related to our ECM software DocuWare.
• Assess and resolve complex issues in virtual and cloud environments.
• Provide customized solutions, occasionally in partnership with colleagues.
• Manage requests via remote tools, email, and phone (this is not a call-center position).
• Record troubleshooting procedures in the central ticketing system.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the software development and product management teams.
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (e.g., Fachinformatiker), IT business administrator/informatics clerk, or a similar qualification.
• Some experience in customer/IT support.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers (e.g., IIS).
• Ideally, experience in writing SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
