This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues;
• Deliver clear, prompt, and effective support to users;
• Document incidents thoroughly, enhancing the knowledge base;
• Report bugs, verify fixes, and collaborate with technical teams;
• Recognize patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement preventive measures;
• Foster the team's development and advocate for best practices in customer service.
• Strong experience in technical support;
• Exceptional communication skills and analytical mindset;
• Well-organized, self-directed, and possessing a holistic perspective;
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with WhatsApp/online chat support;
• Familiarity with Zendesk;
• Background in SaaS or complex platforms.
