Junior Sport Risk Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Timely and efficiently process alerts triggered for sports players.

• Categorize users in accordance with established procedures.

• Manage requests from both internal and external teams.

• Address inquiries from other departments via a dedicated communication channel.

• Review prior decisions and rectify any errors.

• Notify a manager about anomalies and issues related to players, games, and bonus companies.

• Innovate new strategies for identifying fraudulent users.

• Manage cases involving low- and medium-risk users.

• Experience in fintech risk management is a plus.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and nights.

• Flexible analytical and creative thinking skills are highly valued.

• Strong numerical proficiency and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
