Junior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contributing to projects by writing code, engaging in planning sessions, and assisting with the execution of technical tasks while enhancing your skills.

• Actively participating as a team member, learning from colleagues while delivering high-quality work and building confidence in your technical expertise.

• Bringing innovative ideas and curiosity, exploring new methods to tackle problems, and assisting in the implementation of software solutions with team guidance.

• Asking questions, sharing insights, and gradually taking ownership of the product as you accumulate experience.

• Collaborating closely with product managers to comprehend user needs and aid in the development of impactful products.

• A curious and enthusiastic learner who enjoys understanding the mechanics of systems and is excited to assume responsibility for their work.

• A developer with some experience or familiarity in software development, preferably in Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP, and an interest in working with databases and cloud technologies such as AWS.

• A problem solver who tackles challenges with a blend of technical reasoning and a user-centric approach to create meaningful solutions.

• A collaborative team player who is receptive to discussions, cross-team cooperation, and sharing knowledge with others.
