Junior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transitioning from a developer to co-designer: With AI taking on repetitive coding tasks, your strategic role in product development will expand.

• You will acquire skills to analyze business models and user requirements, develop hypotheses, and convert your findings into roadmaps and product-centric backlogs.

• Architecture & accountability in the AI era: You will create software that is not only functional but also well-organized and sustainable long-term—grounded in established architectural principles and contemporary patterns.

• You will assess risks associated with AI usage, oversee AI decision-making, and monitor costs, API limits, and system performance.

• AI-enhanced development & deployment: You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create stable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing processes, and ensure secure deployments.

• You will monitor AI decisions—from quality and compliance with your specifications to observability in production environments.

• Orchestrating AI as a team contributor: You will strategically implement AI within the team, develop agents for various functions, and facilitate their collaboration. You will streamline workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP—delivering genuine AI features that add value.
