Junior Software Developer – German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will become part of our engineering and delivery teams, receiving training to develop as an ABAP developer within the banking sector of SAP.

• Acquire skills in ABAP, which is SAP’s primary programming language.

• Assist in the implementation and customization of SAP banking solutions, including payments and core banking functionalities.

• Convert both business and technical requirements into well-structured development tasks.

• Work collaboratively with senior developers, functional consultants, and teams across different countries.

• Aid in the testing, debugging, and optimization processes of SAP applications.

• Gradually assume responsibility for development topics in client-facing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• A strong foundation in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or ABAP.

• A solid understanding of programming logic, including the basics of OOP, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.

• Proficiency in German at an advanced level (minimum B2/C1) since you will engage with German-speaking clients.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Capacity to learn quickly and manage technical complexity.

• Ability to think in a structured and analytical manner.

• A mindset geared towards ownership and reliability.

• Eagerness to work in a client-facing, international environment.
