Junior Social Media Community Manager – Weekends Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the voice of BURGA across various English-speaking social media platforms and online communities.

• Develop and maintain an active and engaged community by addressing comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.

• Oversee, manage, and respond to both positive and negative feedback in a manner that aligns with our brand’s values.

• Identify and escalate sensitive, high-risk, or crisis-related situations, contributing to crisis management processes.

• Keep abreast of social media trends, viral content, memes, and trending sounds, creatively adapting them for community engagement.

• Monitor and assess community engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (C1–C2).

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.

• Passion for pop culture, digital marketing, and current social media trends.

• Ability to confidently engage with online communities and constructively manage feedback.

• Creative, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
