Junior Social Media Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and distribute daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Record and edit short-form videos on-site during events, including same-day recaps and behind-the-scenes footage.

• Engage with dancers, studios, and parents through comments and DMs, maintaining the DanceOne voice.

• Generate weekly performance analytics and identify trends, top posts, and new audio/formats.

• Source and manage user-generated content and creator collaborations, ensuring rights and approvals are tracked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, particularly with short-form video content.

• Practical skills in video recording and editing (using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar).

• Strong writing abilities and community management skills that align with brand voice.

• Highly organized and dependable regarding scheduling, reporting, and managing rights/approvals.

• Quick to adapt, trend-conscious, and comfortable with on-site content creation at live events.

• A genuine enthusiasm for dance and social storytelling.

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (internships included).

• A portfolio or examples of channels showcasing short-form video and social media content.

• Availability to travel for events and work some weekends during peak periods.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
