Junior SOC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Investigate security-related incidents (Incident Response)

• Create strategies for preventing and defending against attacks

• Lead the Incident Response team during a security breach

• Enhance use cases and detection rules to recognize potential threats

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, such as in a SOC/CERT

• Familiarity with security solutions (Elastic, Kibana, Splunk, Cisco, Rohde & Schwarz, Barracuda)

• Strong understanding of mainstream operating systems (Windows, Linux)

• Ideally, experience in Threat Hunting/analysis and digital forensics

• Proficient in German at C2 level

• Proficient in English

• Experience with IT security tools in the SIEM field
