This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and deliver technical SEO tickets within our project management system, collaborating with the IT and development teams.
• Implement schema markup, structured data, and rich results for various types including Product, Review, Organization, Breadcrumb, and FAQ.
• Execute hreflang adjustments, troubleshoot international SEO issues, and ensure consistency in ccTLD and subdomains.
• Maintain sitemap, canonical tags, robots.txt, and indexation standards across all market versions.
• Drive tactical enhancements for Core Web Vitals, including image optimization, lazy loading, and addressing render-blocking resources.
• Conduct JavaScript rendering assessments that impact the indexation of product and category pages.
• Create redirect mappings and perform post-launch quality assurance for migrations and category updates.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies for over 30 country-specific sites, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Revise and optimize existing content by refreshing underperforming pages, enhancing depth, and addressing on-page deficiencies.
• Conduct keyword research and mapping to develop and sustain keyword portfolios, along with competitor gap analysis.
• Provide content briefing assistance to the content team.
• Perform localization quality assurance on SEO components across translated content.
• Support our AI search visibility initiatives by implementing structured data and schema that facilitate parsing by LLMs and AI search engines.
• Monitor visibility in SGE, AI Overviews, and LLM-driven search, identifying instances where our brand is cited or absent.
• Assist in modifying on-page content and structured data to ensure our brand is included in AI-generated responses.
• Execute consistent outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
• Daily monitoring of Google Search Console to identify crawl errors, indexation declines, and ranking challenges.
• Provide clear and concise reporting on performance outcomes without unnecessary detail.
• 2-3 years of practical SEO experience, preferably within an e-commerce or agency setting, encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page facets.
• Strong proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
• Solid skills in keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Understanding of AI search dynamics (SGE, AI Overviews, LLM citation) and the role of structured data in supporting it.
• Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites is highly desirable (hreflang, ccTLDs, subdomains).
• Proficient in managing tickets using Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of delivering work on schedule.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-driven remote worker with a reliable internet connection.
• Bonus: Experience with WordPress/Elementor, Shopify, or custom CMS; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON-LD schema, regex, and familiarity with product feeds and Merchant Center.
