This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to lay the groundwork for our content strategy.
• Establish and evaluate automated sanity checks and technical crawls (e.g., Screaming Frog) to maintain website health and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure that optimized content is published on the website in both a technically and editorially sound manner.
• Assist in the preparation of our content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in AI-driven search results.
• Independently manage and refine SEO workflows and automations utilizing modern AI tools.
• Work together with our global teams to convert strategic directives into operational briefs and effectively utilize local market insights.
• A degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO: Initial practical experience in SEO (either in an agency or in-house) and a genuine interest in the intricacies of search engine optimization.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable with various tools and not daunted by AI workflows; you have hands-on experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, Ahrefs, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog) and automations using LLMs, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills: You have a passion for data, can independently spot patterns and complex relationships, and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Up-to-date with modern search trends: You keep abreast of developments in LLMs and AI-driven search.
• Understanding user intent: You grasp not only what people search for but also the reasons behind their queries.
• Proactive hands-on approach: You tackle projects with a solution-oriented mindset and maintain an overview even amidst multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Comfortable in an international setting, you enjoy collaborating across various teams.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages (particularly Spanish) is a plus.
