This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement SEO initiatives for clients during the retainer phase, which includes optimizing Google Business Profiles, updating local listings, conducting on-site content enhancements, uploading content, gathering data, and performing other SEO-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with SEO Strategists by brainstorming solutions, posing questions, seeking feedback, and understanding the strategies behind the tasks.
• Organize, manage, and complete SEO-related assignments by their due dates, ensuring steady progress across tasks in ClickUp.
• Keep tasks organized, manage your inbox, and maintain work-related communication, responding to internal messages within 24 business hours.
• Proactively inform managers and SEO Strategists if deadlines are at risk or if additional prioritization assistance is required.
• Coordinate and execute SEO strategies and tactics for existing Base-level clients.
• Utilize AI tools to discover strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for Base-level clients to effectively support SEO strategy development.
• Build foundational knowledge in SEO, encompassing technical SEO, content optimization, on-site SEO, off-site SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Engage in ongoing training through courses, certifications, articles, collaboration with strategists, and mentorship from SEO leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and receive constructive feedback.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to processes accurately.
• Interest in advancing skills in technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and digital marketing strategy.
• Ability to communicate challenges proactively, ask questions, and request assistance when necessary.
• Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, content management systems, or SEO tools is advantageous.
